1. About the Platform
Jaadu Can Do is a "local-to-local" marketplace platform. We connect local shops, merchants, and service providers ("Sellers") with local customers ("Users").
* The Platform allows Sellers to list and sell their products online.
* The Platform enables Users to browse, purchase products, and get them delivered to their doorsteps.
* Role Limitation: Jaadu Can Do acts strictly as an intermediary/technology platform. We do not own, sell, inventory, or manufacture any products listed on the platform.
2. User Eligibility & Account Creation
* Eligibility: To create an account, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
* Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (OTP, password, etc.). Any activity occurring under your account is your sole responsibility.
* Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete details (Name, Delivery Address, Phone Number) during registration and checkout.
3. Local-to-Local Ordering & Delivery
* Hyperlocal Focus: Since this is a local-to-local service, product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines are heavily dependent on your proximity to the local Seller.
* Order Acceptance: An order placement by you constitutes an offer, which is subject to acceptance by the local Seller (based on stock availability and delivery feasibility).
* Delivery: Delivery is executed either by the local Seller directly or through an assigned delivery partner. You agree to provide a correct, accessible delivery address.
4. Jaadu Can Do Digital Wallet & Cashback Rules
The Platform features a built-in reward mechanism called the Jaadu Can Do Digital Wallet. By using the platform, you agree to the following rules regarding the wallet:
* Earning Wallet Balance: Users may earn virtual money/rewards in their Jaadu Can Do Digital Wallet through promotional cashbacks, referral programs, or qualifying purchases as specified by the Platform from time to time.
* Usage & Discounts: The balance in the Jaadu Can Do Digital Wallet cannot be withdrawn as real cash or transferred to a bank account. It can only be used as a discount coupon/deduction against future product purchases made exclusively on the Jaadu Can Do app or website.
* Redemption Limits: The Platform reserves the right to cap the percentage or maximum amount of wallet balance that can be applied to a single order (e.g., you may only be allowed to pay up to a certain percentage of an order total using wallet money).
* Expiry: Wallet rewards/balances may carry an expiration date, which will be displayed within the app. Expired balances will not be refunded or reinstated.
* Right to Modify/Revoke: In case of any suspected fraud, misuse, or technical glitch, Jaadu Can Do reserves the absolute right to freeze, cancel, or revoke wallet balances.
4a. Community Leader Program & Referral Milestone
The Platform offers a unique opportunity for active Users to transition into Community Leaders by hitting referral milestones and helping onboard local businesses.
* Eligibility & Upgrading: Users who successfully complete the maximum number of user referrals (as specified within the app's current milestone dashboard) will unlock the option to apply to become a Jaadu Can Do Community Leader.
* The Role (Local Business Recommendation): As a Community Leader, you can leverage your local knowledge to identify, pitch, and recommend neighborhood shops, merchants, and businesses to register and sell their products on the Jaadu Can Do platform. This role acts as a flexible, part-time business opportunity for individuals who know their local marketplace well.
* Earning Criteria (Subscription Requirement): A Community Leader becomes eligible for a payout *only* after a recommended business successfully registers, gets verified, and pays for a Jaadu Can Do Business Subscription Plan. No earnings are generated for simply listing an unverified business or a business that does not opt for a paid subscription.
* Payout Structure: Upon a successful paid business subscription setup, the Community Leader will receive a financial reward, the exact amount of which is determined solely by Jaadu Can Do based on active promotional structures. This reward is split/distributed in two ways:
1. Wallet Balance: A portion may be credited directly to your Jaadu Can Do Digital Wallet for platform discounts.
2. Direct Bank Deposit: The remaining portion can be withdrawn and transferred directly into your verified bank account.
* Independent Contractor Status: Community Leaders are independent participants engaging in a part-time earning opportunity. Becoming a Community Leader does *not* create an employer-employee relationship, joint venture, or franchise between you and REFRESH WEBS. You are responsible for any local taxes applicable to your direct bank earnings.
* Verification & Fraud Prevention: Jaadu Can Do reserves the right to audit business onboardings. If a Community Leader is found to be creating fake business listings, using deceptive tactics, or violating merchant guidelines, the Platform reserves the right to terminate their Community Leader status, freeze pending bank transfers, and permanently suspend their user account.
5. Pricing, Payments, & Cancellations
* Pricing: Product prices are set by the respective local Sellers. While we encourage accuracy, errors may occur.
* Payments: Payments can be made via integrated online payment gateways or using your Jaadu Can Do Digital Wallet balance (subject to the redemption rules above).
* Cancellations & Refunds: Because items are fulfilled by local shops (often including perishable goods like groceries or fresh food), order cancellations and refunds are subject to the specific return/refund policy displayed at the time of purchase or the policy of the individual Seller.
6. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
* Provide false delivery addresses or place fraudulent/fake orders.
* Misuse the Jaadu Can Do Digital Wallet through fake referrals, multiple accounts, or exploiting software bugs.
* Post abusive, defamatory, or false reviews about local shops or delivery personnel.
* Attempt to reverse-engineer the mobile application or website.
7. Limitation of Liability
* Product Quality: Since the products are sold by independent local shops, Jaadu Can Do does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or availability of the products. Any disputes regarding product defects, expiry, or weight must be resolved directly with the respective Seller.
* Platform Uptime: We strive to keep the platform bug-free and continuously operational, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will reflect the changes. Continued use of the platform after updates implies your acceptance of the revised terms.

* Payment directly to the Seller: When you place an order on the platform, you agree to pay the total order amount in cash (or via the merchant's accepted local spot-payment methods, such as their store UPI QR code) directly to the delivery personnel or the local shop owner at the time of delivery.
* Refunds for COD Orders: Because payments are made directly to the local Seller at your doorstep, Jaadu Can Do does not handle or issue cash refunds. Any request for a refund, product exchange, or return due to damaged, wrong, or missing items must be handled and settled directly between you (the User) and the local Seller at the time of delivery or by visiting their physical shop.
* Special Cases & Platform Wallet Adjustments: In exceptional circumstances—such as a verified dispute where a local Seller acknowledges a mistake but cannot provide a cash refund—Jaadu Can Do may, at its sole discretion, issue a promotional credit into your Jaadu Can Do Digital Wallet as a gesture of goodwill. This wallet balance cannot be withdrawn as cash and can only be used as a discount on future platform orders.
* Future Online Payments: If Jaadu Can Do introduces integrated online payment gateways in the future, digital transactions will be eligible for direct source-account refunds under strict verification, and these terms will be updated accordingly to reflect those payment methods.

These Terms and Conditions govern the onboarding, listing, and selling activities of local merchants, shop owners, and service providers (referred to as "Seller", "Merchant", "You", or "Your") on the Jaadu Can Do website (jaaducando.com) and mobile application.
By registering your shop, choosing a subscription, or listing products on the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Seller Terms.
1. Scope of Services
Jaadu Can Do is a "local-to-local" marketplace platform. We provide an online technology platform that allows local brick-and-mortar stores to digitize their inventory, showcase products to nearby customers, and receive orders online.
• Role Limitation: Jaadu Can Do acts strictly as an intermediary/technology connector. We do not buy, stock, or resell your products, nor do we act as an agent for your business. The contract of sale for any product is strictly between you (the Seller) and your local customer (the User).
2. Business Registration & Verification
To list products on Jaadu Can Do, you must complete the vendor registration process.
• Accuracy of Data: You agree to provide true, accurate, and updated business details, including your legal business name, shop address, category, active contact numbers, and owner details.
• Compliance: You must hold all necessary local business licenses, permits, and tax registrations (such as GST, if applicable, or local municipal trade licenses) required to run your shop and sell products legally in your region.
• Right to Reject: Jaadu Can Do reserves the absolute right to reject any seller registration or suspend an active store if the business information is found to be false, unverified, or in violation of local laws.
3. Subscription Model & Payments
Currently, the platform operates on a fixed membership/subscription model rather than a per-transaction percentage fee, keeping in line with our Cash on Delivery (COD) marketplace setup.
• Subscription Fees: To activate and maintain your digital storefront on Jaadu Can Do, you must select and pay for a Jaadu Can Do Business Subscription Plan (monthly, quarterly, or annual plans as updated in the merchant portal).
• Activation & Renewals: Your store will become visible to local users only after your paid subscription is successfully processed. Subscriptions must be renewed before their expiry to avoid automated storefront suspension.
• Non-Refundable: All subscription fees paid to Jaadu Can Do are final and non-refundable, regardless of the volume of sales your store generates.
• Onboarding via Community Leaders: If your business was recommended and brought onto the platform by a verified Jaadu Can Do Community Leader, you acknowledge that a portion of your subscription setup fee is allocated to reward that leader for local coordination and onboarding assistance.
4. Product Listings & Pricing
As a Seller, you have full control over your digital menu/inventory, subject to the following rules:
• Honest Representation: You must provide clear, authentic images, accurate weights/quantities, proper expiry dates (where applicable), and truthful descriptions for all listed items.
• Pricing Autonomy: You are responsible for setting the prices of your products. The price listed on the app must align with or be fair in comparison to your physical store pricing. You must clearly state if the price includes or excludes local taxes.
• Prohibited Items: You are strictly banned from listing illegal goods, counterfeit items, expired products, prescription drugs without legal clearance, alcohol, tobacco, weapons, or any material deemed hazardous or inappropriate by Jaadu Can Do.
5. Order Management, Fulfillment, & Delivery
Since Jaadu Can Do connects local buyers directly to local shops, the operational responsibility falls on the shop:
• Order Acceptance: You must monitor the seller dashboard regularly. When an order is placed, you must accept or decline it promptly based on real-time stock availability.
• Packaging: You are responsible for safely and hygienically packaging the ordered products—especially fresh food, groceries, or fragile items—to prevent damage or contamination during transit.
• Hyperlocal Delivery: Unless explicitly stated otherwise via a platform-provided third-party logistics integration, you (the Seller) are entirely responsible for executing the delivery to the customer's doorstep using your own delivery staff or local delivery arrangements.
• Delivery Timelines: You must fulfill and deliver the products within the estimated timeframe displayed on your store profile. Delays must be communicated directly to the customer.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Dispute Settlements
• Cash Collection: Because the platform currently utilizes a Cash on Delivery (COD) model, your delivery personnel are responsible for collecting the full order amount in cash (or via your store's private UPI QR code) directly from the customer at the doorstep.
• Zero Platform Cash Handling: Jaadu Can Do does not handle or hold transaction cash for your orders. Consequently, the platform is not responsible for any bad debts, short payments, fake currency notes, or non-payment by customers at the doorstep.
• Doorstep Returns: If a customer rejects a product at the time of delivery due to damage, wrong item delivery, or mismatch, you must take the product back. Any exchange, refund, or return settlement must be handled directly between your shop and the customer.
7. Indemnity & Limitation of Liability
• Product Liability: You assume 100% liability for the quality, safety, freshness, and legal compliance of the products you sell. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless REFRESH WEBS and its directors from any customer claims, consumer court disputes, illnesses, or losses arising from your products (e.g., spoiled food, expired items, defective products).
• Platform Availability: Jaadu Can Do provides the digital infrastructure on an "as-is" basis. While we optimize for maximum application uptime, web performance, and search visibility, we do not guarantee an uninterrupted stream of sales or absolute platform uptime.
8. Termination of Account
Jaadu Can Do reserves the right to terminate or temporarily freeze your merchant storefront without a refund of your subscription if:
• You repeatedly deliver poor-quality, defective, or expired goods.
• You engage in rude, fraudulent, or abusive behavior with local customers or delivery staff.
• You consistently list items belonging to our Prohibited Items list.
• You fail to pay or renew your platform subscription plan.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Seller Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of your business operations on the platform shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Haryana, India.
